    Unable to login to Cyber Cafe Pro Client

    Hi, We have tried to install the software as shown in attachment but failed. How do we resolve? Thank you.

    you have to click advance and reset the local admin password.

    Are you entering your Windows password? That area would be the admin password for the machine not CyberCafePro.

    You need to enter your Windows account information.
